Friends of Fox is a volunteer community organization consisting of Westside residents, business representatives, civic leaders, and Fox Studios employees. The group serves as an information link between the studio and the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as a forum for discussion of community issues, and a support network for Fox Studios' outreach activities.
Friends of Fox has a current membership of 2,500 individuals, and is guided by an advisory board which meets regularly to learn of current Fox Studios community related activities, and to provide feedback on neighborhood and public opinion. Advisory board members live and work in surrounding neighborhoods and are active ambassadors for local residents, as well as advocates for Fox Studios.
The entire membership of Friends of Fox continues to be informed of community related issues, activities on the studio lot including restoration of historic buildings and construction of new facilities, and are regular participants in studio special events.
Friends of Fox aims to maintain and enhance a positive relationship with surrounding neighborhoods and to preserve the value which Fox Studios has lent to the community for over six decades.
